Flutter App Development for Android and iOS

I’m Rahim Ullah, a Flutter developer based in G-11, Islamabad, Pakistan, and founder of SparkDevX. I build mobile products for clients across Pakistan and worldwide. I help with first releases and improvements to existing apps. Flutter suits teams that need Android and iOS experiences built from a shared Dart codebase.

An app shaped around your users

I build content platforms, streaming apps, business tools, and workflow apps. We start with the tasks your users need to complete and decide which belong in the first release. A shared codebase helps keep features consistent across Android and iOS, while device behavior, permissions, purchases, and release builds still need attention to each platform.

UI implementation and maintainable architecture

I translate designs into responsive screens with navigation, loading states, validation, and useful error messages. Architecture depends on the product: B3G TV uses MVVM, while XInvoice uses Clean Architecture and Riverpod. Separating presentation, application logic, and data access makes future features and bug fixes easier to manage.

APIs, accounts, subscriptions, and notifications

I connect apps to existing APIs or develop supporting backends with Node.js or Laravel when the scope requires them. My Flutter work includes Node.js and MongoDB integration in Hush eBook Reader, RevenueCat subscriptions and purchase restoration in B3G TV, and Supabase authentication and Firebase Cloud Messaging in SparkTestX. Offline storage and synchronization are also part of projects such as XInvoice and SparkTestX. We select integrations to fit your product rather than adding every feature by default.

Improve an existing Flutter app

An existing codebase does not always need a rebuild. Share the repository, current issues, supported platforms, and the features you want to add. I can assess the app structure and integrations before defining work on UI improvements, bugs, new functionality, or maintenance. Hush eBook Reader is an example of a full rebuild; whether that approach fits your app depends on its current condition.

From requirements to handover

We discuss requirements, agree on screens, integrations, and deliverables, then review the UI before development. During implementation, you receive working builds to test and provide feedback. Delivery includes source code and the agreed release work; documentation and integration details follow the selected scope. Store submission and ongoing maintenance should be agreed as part of the project so responsibilities are clear.

What affects cost and timeline?

The number of screens is only one factor. Authentication flows, subscriptions, offline behavior, custom APIs, admin tools, and testing across both platforms all affect the work. Existing designs and a documented backend can reduce uncertainty; incomplete APIs or changing requirements can add it. Share your priorities, budget range, and target date for an estimate. The mobile development packages provide starting points; review their inclusions and delivery times to see whether they fit your requirements.

Questions before starting

Can one Flutter project support Android and iOS?

Yes. Flutter allows a shared codebase for both, as in B3G TV. We still plan testing, permissions, platform integrations, and store preparation for each target platform.

Can you use my existing backend or designs?

Yes. Share your designs and API documentation so I can check the screens, authentication, data flows, and any missing endpoints before estimating the integration work.

Will I receive the source code?

Yes. As stated in my mobile development service, you receive the full repository and ownership of the source code upon project completion. Documentation and other deliverables are defined by the agreed package or scope.

Can you help with release and future updates?

I offer app publishing and maintenance services. We agree which release tasks and work after launch are included before starting. Store review decisions belong to Apple and Google; submission support is not a guarantee of approval.

Do I need to be in Islamabad to work with you?

No. I’m based in Islamabad and work remotely with clients across Pakistan and internationally. Requirements, builds, and feedback can be reviewed remotely.
