I’m Rahim Ullah, the developer behind RahimDev and founder of SparkDevX. I build mobile apps with Flutter and native Android, along with the Laravel and Node.js backends that support them. I’m based in G-11, Islamabad, Pakistan, and work with clients worldwide.
My background
My work spans app development, testing, and publishing. Through freelance projects and Fiverr, I’ve worked on functional testing, interface reviews, store listings, and preparing apps for release. That experience informs how I approach development: I consider how an app will be tested, managed, and delivered as well as how it will look.
At SparkDevX, I lead mobile development projects and work with clients on requirements and delivery. My role includes building the app, connecting its backend, and taking the agreed work through review and launch preparation.

I share working builds for you to test on your own device. Your feedback helps shape the next iteration, while testing checks how the features behave together.
Hand over the project
At completion, you receive the source repository. Documentation, publishing assistance, and any ongoing maintenance follow the agreed package or project scope.
